Moola MantraOm
|
Om | Om has 100 different meanings. It is said ‘In the beginning was the Supreme word and the word created every thing. That word is Om’. If you are meditating in silence deeply, you can hear the sound Om within. The whole creation emerged from the sound Om. It is the primordial sound or the Universal sound by which the whole universe vibrates. Om also means inviting the higher energy. This divine sound has the power to create, sustain and destroy, giving life and movement to all that exist. |
Sat Chit Ananda | |
Sat | The all penetrating existence that is formless, shapeless, omnipresent, attribute less, and quality less aspect of the Universe. It is the Un manifest. It is experienced as emptiness of the Universe. We could say it is the body of the Universe that is static. Every thing that has a form and that can be sensed, evolved out of this Un manifest. It is so subtle that it is beyond all perceptions. It can only be seen when it has become gross and has taken form. We are in the Universe and the Universe is in us. We are the effect and Universe is the cause and the cause manifests itself as the effect. |
Chit | The Pure Consciousness of the Universe that is infinite, omni-present manifesting power of the Universe. Out of this is evolved everything that we call Dynamic energy or force. It can manifest in any form or shape. It is the consciousness manifesting as motion, as gravitation, as magnetism, etc. It is also manifesting as the actions of the body, as thought force. It is the Supreme Spirit. |
Ananda | Bliss, love and friendship nature of the Universe. When you experience either the Supreme Energy in this Creation (Sat) and become one with the Existence or experience the aspect of Pure Consciousness (Chit), you enter into a state of Divine Bliss and eternal happiness (Ananda). This is the primordial characteristic of the Universe, which is the greatest and most profound state of ecstasy that you can ever experience when you relate with your higher Consciousness. |
Parabrahma | The Supreme Being in his Absolute aspect; one who is beyond space and time. It is the essence of the Universe that is with form and without form. It is the Supreme creator. |
Purushothama | This has different meanings. Purusha means soul and Uthama means the supreme, the Supreme spirit. It also means the supreme energy of force guiding us from the highest world. Purusha also means Man, and Purushothama is the energy that incarnates as an Avatar to help and guide Mankind and relate closely to the beloved Creation. |
Paramatma | The supreme inner energy that is immanent in every creature and in all beings, living and non-living. It’s the indweller or the Antaryamin who resides formless or in any form desired. It’s the force that can come to you whenever you want and wherever you want to guide and help you. |
Sri Bhagavathi | The female aspect, which is characterized as the Supreme Intelligence in action, the Power (The Shakti). It is referred to the Mother Earth (Divine Mother) aspect of the creation. |
Sametha | Together or in communion with. |
Sri Bhagavathe | The Male aspect of the Creation, which is unchangeable and permanent. |
Namaha | Salutations or prostrations to the Universe that is Om and also has the qualities of Sat Chit Ananda, that is omnipresent, unchangeable and changeable at the same time, the supreme spirit in a human form and formless, the indweller that can guide and help in the feminine and masculine forms with the supreme intelligence. I seek your presence and guidance all the time. |
What is the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing is a transfer of divine, intelligent energy.
The oneness blessing process works by creating a neurobiological shift in the brain and awakening the energy centres (Chakras) in the body. This shift in consciousness frees you from the suffering created by the mind, balances the body’s natural healthy and healing energies and attunes the brain with the fields of unity, bringing an end to the illusion of “apparent separation”. Once initiated, it is a gradual Awakening process that leads you naturally to a lasting state of Oneness, Inner peace, and Well-being.
Why has the Oneness Blessing come at this time?
The Oneness Blessing has come at a time when our planet is going through a major evolutionary transition; this is impacting our environment as well as our individual and collective consciousness.
We are all connected to this process of purification and rejuvination, in effect, we are this process!. In harmony with this transition, Indian Sage and living Avatar, Sri Bhagavan, has initiated the Mukthi (Enlightenment) Oneness Blessing, now called that Oneness Blessing as an aid to our evolution into the collective Oneness State.
Does the Oneness Blessing belong to any particular belief?
The Oneness Blessing does not belong to any religion or belief, it is a ‘dogma free’ universal energy that can be received by anyone*, whichever path they choose to follow. It works uniquely and intelligently to connect you directly with the truth of your own being.
What is the neurobiological shift?
The onenesss blessing balances energy from (overactive) thinking centres of the brain to the (underactive) frontal lobe calming centres. This ‘re wiring’ of the brain enables the senses to become free from the interference of the mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind’s interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying feelings of joy, inner peace, connection and Oneness.
How does this connect with the Planetary shift?
Each individual who awakens to their true, original state, has an inter-connected effect on the whole, thus helping humanity on the path to complete Global Transformation.
The more people who attain the Oneness state, the easier it will be for the rest.
Who can receive the Oneness Blessing?
Everyone of every age can now receive the Oneness Blessing.
Who can give the Oneness Blessing?
The Oneness Blessing can be transferred by anyone who has received the transmission and training during a special process in India or attended a oneness awakening course in their own country. The “oneness facilitator” then functions as a channel for the divine energy to transfer to the receiver.
How is the Oneness Blessing Transferred? What might I experience?
The Oneness Blessing is transferred by the facilitator, placing his or her hands onto the crown of your head, usually for about 1 minute. Experiences during the transfer can vary, sometimes strong or subtle. Sometimes the receiver may experience a tingling sensation in the head, sometimes blissful energy flowing through the body, or you may not feel anything at all, this is not so important.
The receiver can trust that no matter what he or she experiences during the transfer, a process depending on your own nature, has been initiated that will lead you gradually (or sometimes suddenly!) into your own, personal Awakening.
Can I speed up the process of transformation?
Once the body’s energy channels and centers are open, the body is more able to receive higher levels of energy. Receiving Oneness Blessing once a week* when combined with Chakra meditation and breath awareness, may enhance the power and grace of this transformation. But only do what feels natural to you, on the path you choose to follow.
First choose a “difficult person” to whom you are attracted or repelled (e.g., romantic partner, boss, parent), or pick a dream image or a body sensation that creates a disturbance in your awareness. Keep in mind the disturbance may be a positive or negative one. Then follow the 3 steps of the process described below. For the short form, spend about 5 minutes on each perspective. For the long form, you can spend 10-15 minutes or longer.
You can either talk through the process or use a journal to write it out. If talking, imagine the person or thing sitting across from you. If using a journal, simply write out each of the following steps.
3 — FACE IT
Describe the person, image, or sensation in vivid detail using 3rd-person pronouns (e.g., he, him, she, her, they, their, it, its). This is your opportunity to explore your experience fully, particularly what it is that bothers you. Don’t minimize the disturbance—take the opportunity to describe it as fully as possible.
2 — TALK TO IT
Enter into a dialogue with this object of awareness using 2nd-person pronouns (you and yours). This is your opportunity to enter into a relationship with the disturbance, so talk directly to the person, image, or sensation. You may ask questions such as “Who/what are you? Where do you come from? What do you want from me? What do you need to tell me? What gift are you bringing me?” Then allow the disturbance to respond back to you. Allow yourself to be surprised by what emerges in the dialogue.
1 — BE IT
Now, writing or speaking in first person, become the person, image or sensation you have been exploring. Use the first person pronouns (I, me, mine). See the world, including yourself, entirely from the perspective of that disturbance, and allow yourself to discover not only your commonalities, but also how you really are one and the same. Finally, make a statement of identification: “I am _____” or “_____ is me.” Now integrate this perspective into a larger you, feeling it as an integral part of your being.

What Do I Really Believe?
(Core Belief Inventory)
Finish these sentences and tell the REAL TRUTH, no one will see these but you!
2. About God: In my heart of hearts, I believe that God is……
Describe yourself to someone who has never met you………
Thank you for taking this core belief inventory. This is only the beginning of your transformation…… You now have to take the insights you have gained about what you really believe about life, about you, about others, and about God and determine which beliefs are helpful and which are holding you back from the life you desire to live.
Make a list of beliefs to keep and reinforce; you will feed and reinforce these beliefs. These are the flowers in your mental garden, water them and feed them every day.
Make another list of beliefs that are holding you back from being the person you long to become. You will starve these beliefs to death by replacing them with thoughts of what you want, what you demand in your life, and what you deserve. These are the weeds in your metal garden. We do not pull up weeds, we starve them with inattention.
